For my birthday this year my brother bought me a cocktail making set and its honestly the best thing ever! Its a stunning rose gold beautify set and very easy to use. It also comes with a great recipe book. During lockdown I wanted to perfect three of my favourite cocktails, sex on the beach, pina colada and strawberry daiquiri. The strawberry daiquiri is still in the works but the other two are now perfected, so I thought I would share with you what you need to make it and the method.

First up is Sex On the beach.

Ingredients

> 50ml Vodka

> 40ml Peach Schnapps

> 100 ml Orange Juice

> 100ml Cranberry Juice

> Ice

Method

I use my beautify cocktail shaker but if you don't have a shaker, two glasses or a flask will do just fine!

Step one - Put cup full of ice into shaker then add the vodka, peach schnapps and orange all together

Step two - Shake Shake Shake

Step three - poor into whichever glass you are using, including the ice

Final step - pour cranberry juice over the top to give you that sunset ombre effect and enjoy!!

Decorate if you want with, straws, umbrellas, fruit or whatever you want, its up to you!

Pina Colada

Ingredients

> 50ml White Rum

> 120ml Pineapple Juice

> 60ml Coconut Cream

Method

Same for the sex on the beach, if you don't have a shaker, two glasses or a flask will do just fine!

Step one - Put a cup full of ice in shaker then add the white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream

Step two - Shake Shake Shake a lot until coconut cream is fully broken down

Step three - Pour into glass of your choice , including the ice (you might want to use a sieve when pouring to make sure that there are no cream bits left over)

Again decorate with whatever you want, maybe even put a pineapple slice on the side of you glass!
